We are currently looking to recruit an Operations Officer to our China office.
Reports To: National Director
The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award - China's (Award in China) mission is to promote The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award (known as the DofE in the UK), provide young people with the Award, and preserve the quality of the Award worldwide.
The Award in China works with existing Independent Award Centres (IACs), which are single locations, such as a school or youth club, who are licensed to operate the Award to ensure there is consisteny in the quality of the Award belivered, to support them in any way necessary and to seek new delivery partners to help grow the Award in China and make it available to more young people.
The Operations Officer will manage and ensure compliance with licence requirements by new and existing delivery partners, provide support around the principles and requirements of the Award programme and help to support the development of the Award in China nationally by testing new ways of managing licensed organisations.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has solid experience in managing multiple stakeholders and working with them to maintain their operations whilst continually improving. The successful candidate will be able work on their own initiative, have effective time management skill, prioritise workloads, working under competing pressures and to deadlines.
