Reports To: Senior Finance Officer
Length of Contract: Permanent
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000

The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation's (the Foundation) mission is to promote The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award (known as the DofE in the UK), provide young people with the Award, and preserve the quality of the Award worldwide.
The Foundation works with leaders and Award Operators to develop the Award in their country, enabling even more young people to embark on an enjoyable and exciting Award journey.
The Award is also delivered by Independent Award Centres (IACs), which are single locations, such as a school or youth club, who are licensed by the Foundation to operate the Award where no Award Operator exists. IACs deliver the Award exclusively to their students or members and reports directly to the Foundation.
As the Foundation's business as usual activities have increased due to the growth of our operations, so has the need for a Finance Administrator whose role is to provide effective administrative support to the Finance and Operations teams.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has solid experience in a Finance Administrator role, particularly dealing with reconcilation and debtors management. They must be organised, with a high level of attention to detail, have strong Excel skills must be dedicated to providing excellent service to stakeholders.
